BREAD/SOURDOUGH
All bread is made primarily with King Arthur flour. Unless otherwise stated, it is made with their all-purpose flour which is unbleached and unbromated hard red wheat flour with an added enzyme to enhance yeast production. The enzyme is naturally occurring and is not considered an allergen. Any questions regarding this should be directed to the King Arthur Help Line directly at (802) 649-3361. All caramels are handmade and hand-rolled in small batches with sugar, cream, butter, vanilla, and a touch of salt.

CUPCAKES
Each cupcake is stuffed with a sauce, a jelly, or a frosting. Some are stuffed with multiple flavors and textures. Each cupcake is hand-crafted and made with King Arthur All-Purpose flour unless otherwise listed.
There are chocolate based cupcakes, vanilla/yellow cupcakes, and flavored cupcakes. They are listed below in categories.
All Chocolate based cupcakes have the following base ingredients: sugar, unbleached hard red wheat flour, enzyme to assist in yeast production, cocoa, olive oil, eggs, espresso powder, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
All Vanilla/Yellow based cupcakes have the following base ingredients: sugar, unbleached cake flour, milk, butter, eggs, baking powder, salt, vanilla

TRUFFLES
All chocolate truffles or hard candy are made from a base of Ghirardelli Queen Dark Chocolate Wafers, Ghirardelli Stanford Milk Chocolate Wafers, or Ghirardelli White Chocolate Bars, with or without inclusions. Each Ghirardelli-based chocolate contains one or more of the following: Cane Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa butter, Unsweetened Chocolate, Soy lecithin, and Vanilla extract. Each specific type of candy will have additional flavorings as detailed on the packaging or below.
Other cocoa based products use pure dutch-processed cocoa that is hand roasted and ground in small batches at Coffee Coffee based in Salem, NH. Any specific questions regarding the cocoa should be directed to them at (603) 912-5381.
